What operational data, financial reports, or internal metrics do we need to hand over to you before we can begin our Focus Day?

You do not need to compile thick binders of operational data or run complex custom reports before our Focus Day. In fact, doing so usually creates unnecessary noise. The starting point of an EOS® implementation is about alignment and simplicity, not drowning in historical data.

The only baseline financials you need to have clear are your current annual revenue, your gross margin, and your bottom-line profitability. You also need to bring a clear picture of your current organizational structure. We do not need a polished corporate hierarchy chart. A simple sketch of who currently reports to whom and who is responsible for which major business functions is plenty.

More important than raw data is your leadership team's willingness to be completely open and honest. You must be prepared to look at the business objectively, acknowledge where things are broken, and discuss performance issues without defensiveness. The raw operational metrics and KPIs will actually be built together as we design your Scorecard during the Focus Day. We start with where you are today, identify the critical numbers that actually drive your business, and build your tracking systems from there. Do not spend hours preparing spreadsheets. Just show up with your leadership team ready to work.
