What specific operating rhythms and execution habits must our leadership team sustain between our quarterly sessions to ensure we do not lose momentum?
Between full-day sessions, your leadership team runs the business using the tools mastered in the session room. The central heartbeat is your weekly Level 10 Meeting™. Every seven days at the exact same time, your team convenes for 90 minutes to review your Scorecard, check Rock progress, verify client and employee headlines, complete To-Dos, and spend at least 60 minutes using IDS® to solve root-cause problems.
Outside that weekly meeting, individuals execute their Rocks and close out seven-day To-Dos. You also establish a monthly Same Page Meeting between your Visionary and Integrator to resolve philosophical friction before it filters down into the company. If your business is implementing Step by Step Exit disciplines, this period is when you document processes under Tribal Knowledge and address specific Value Gaps identified on your V/TO®.
Between sessions, you are not waiting for instructions. You are driving the operational cadence yourself. My role between sessions is not to manage your daily tasks. It is to observe your Level 10 Meeting™ health, review your quarterly Scorecard numbers, and ensure that when we step back into the room 90 days later, your execution matches your strategic commitments. Teams that maintain this discipline build compounding traction. Teams that treat EOS® as an event rather than an operating rhythm stall out before the next quarter begins.
