After twenty-four months, your leadership team should be fully self-sufficient and ready to graduate from active monthly facilitation. However, graduation does not mean the end of our relationship. It simply means the nature of our engagement changes. Once you graduate, your Integrator will take over the facilitation of your quarterly sessions. They will lead the team through the standard agenda, manage the IDS process, and keep the team focused on execution. This is a critical step in establishing long-term internal capability. My role transitions to that of an external advisor. Most graduate clients continue to engage me to facilitate their two-day annual sessions. Having an outside, objective facilitator for your annual meeting allows your entire leadership team, including the Integrator, to participate fully in the strategic planning and team-building exercises without having to manage the room. We also maintain your access to our Circle workspace, allowing your team to continue using our central operational repository. I remain available for strategic check-ins, exit-readiness reviews, and to help your team navigate major transitions, ensuring you maintain your traction long after our initial engagement ends.
