What is your onboarding protocol when we have to replace a member of our leadership team mid-stream during our two-year implementation?

Turnover on the leadership team during an implementation is common and often necessary. When a seat opens and you hire or promote a new executive mid-stream, we follow a deliberate onboarding process so the next quarterly session does not stall.

First, before they step into the session room, the new leader must read Traction and review your complete, active V/TO. This provides the context for how your business defines vision, core values, and market strategy.

Second, your Integrator conducts a ninety-minute walk-through of the Accountability Chart, the current company Scorecard, and active company Rocks. The Integrator explains how your weekly Level 10 Meetings operate and shares team behavioral expectations.

Third, I hold a thirty-minute introductory briefing with the incoming leader before their first offsite. We review the foundational tools, clarify their seat roles, and address any hesitation they have about complete vulnerability and radical transparency.

When they enter the session room, they are not starting from scratch. They understand the language, know the performance metrics, and can participate in IDS without your existing leaders needing to slow down or explain the mechanics.
