If we need to replace a key executive on our leadership team during our twenty four month engagement, how do we onboard them to the EOS tools and our existing V/TO without slowing down our quarterly momentum?

Bringing a new executive onto your leadership team mid engagement can disrupt your momentum if it is not handled with a structured onboarding process. We do not restart your twenty four month EOS journey; instead, we bring the new member up to speed quickly. Your Integrator must take the lead on this transition. Before the new executive attends their first quarterly session with me, they must complete several foundational steps. They must read Traction to understand the philosophy and tools we use. They must study your existing V/TO to align with your vision and core values. They must thoroughly review your current Accountability Chart to understand their seat and roles. We also require them to shadow your weekly Level 10 Meeting sessions to observe how the team interacts and solves issues. In your dedicated Circle workspace, we keep all historical session summaries and notes, which the new member should review to understand past decisions and context. By the time they sit down for our next full day session, they should have a clear grasp of the language and expectations, allowing them to contribute immediately without slowing the team down.
