We are ready to sign the contract, but we want to understand the immediate tactical steps. What does the onboarding process look like during the first thirty days before we actually sit down for our very first Focus Day?

Onboarding is a critical phase that sets the tone for our entire engagement. Once you make the commitment to work with me, we immediately initiate a structured, thirty-day preparation phase designed to ensure our first session day is highly productive.

First, we schedule a kick-off call with the owner or the designated Integrator. During this call, we establish the logistics, set the calendar dates for your Focus Day and subsequent Vision Building days, and align on the exact composition of your leadership team.

Next, I will send you a prep package that includes pre-reading material and simple exercises for your team. This is not heavy administrative homework. It is a set of guided exercises designed to get your leadership team thinking about the business from a strategic, high-level perspective.

I also provide a simple self-assessment for each team member to complete. This helps me understand the current dynamics, frustrations, and alignment of the leadership team before I walk into the room.

We do not start drafting your Accountability Chart or solving issues yet. The goal of these thirty days is to prepare your minds, eliminate anxiety, and ensure that everyone arrives at our Focus Day ready to participate with high energy, complete honesty, and absolute focus.
