We are ready to commit, but our executive assistant has never coordinated an EOS implementation. What checklist or onboarding process do you provide to our internal coordinator to ensure our logistics do not derail the first session?
To ensure our session days run flawlessly, your internal coordinator, whom we call the Session Copilot, must manage specific logistical details before we sit down. I do not let administrative friction hijack our strategy time. Your coordinator will receive a streamlined preparation checklist from me. This covers reserving the offsite space, ensuring reliable internet, and arranging the food and beverage needs so your team does not experience low energy during our eight-hour working blocks. More importantly, they will manage the distribution of pre-session surveys and coordinate the collection of data for your Scorecard. Your coordinator also ensures every leadership team member has completed their prep work, which includes reviewing past Rocks and updating their individual notes. This operational prep is critical. If your coordinator has questions, I am accessible to align with them before the session. This keeps our face-to-face time dedicated strictly to working on your business, not discussing room setups or technical glitches. When the coordinator runs their part of the process cleanly, the leadership team walks in focused and ready to dive straight into the EOS® tools.
