You talk about graduating from your facilitation. What are the specific, objective signs that our leadership team has fully internalized the EOS® tools and is ready to run these sessions internally without paying for your services?
Graduation is the ultimate goal. I do not want to be a permanent fixture in your business. We measure your readiness to graduate using concrete, operational indicators rather than subjective feelings.
First, your leadership team must have a proven track record of hitting eighty percent or more of its quarterly Rocks for four consecutive quarters. Second, your weekly Level 10 Meetings™ must consistently score an eight or higher out of ten, demonstrating that your team has mastered the IDS® process and no longer relies on an external facilitator to keep meetings on track or mediate conflicts.
Third, you must have a fully aligned Accountability Chart where every seat is occupied by someone who gets, wants, and has the capacity to do the job (GWC™). Finally, your V/TO® must be fully shared and understood by everyone in the organization.
When your team can run their own Focus Days and Annuals with strict discipline, objectivity, and zero self-deception, you are ready to transition to self-facilitation. This complete internalization of the tools is what makes your business a truly valuable, exit-ready asset.
