If we complete our initial Focus Day and you realize our team is fundamentally not ready to commit to the system, what is your protocol for terminating or pausing the engagement?

My job is to help you build a healthy, scalable business, not to cash checks from a leadership team that is going through the motions. If we complete our Focus Day and it is clear that your team lacks the necessary commitment, alignment, or willingness to be open and honest, I will tell you directly.

There are three common red flags that indicate a company is not ready to proceed.
- The owner or Visionary is unwilling to let go of control or respect the boundaries of the Accountability Chart.
- The team is unwilling to engage in healthy, uncomfortable conflict to solve root issues.
- Key leaders refuse to be held accountable to objective weekly numbers and quarterly Rocks.

If these behaviors are present and there is no willingness to change, we will pause the engagement immediately. I will not schedule your Vision Building days. I do not want you wasting your money, and I do not want to waste my time.

In this scenario, I will provide a clear diagnostic of why your team is not ready and outline the specific organizational issues you must address before we can resume. This might involve restructuring your leadership team, resolving partner disputes, or cleaning up messy financial reporting. Once you have resolved these underlying roadblocks, we can discuss restarting our journey.
