This registry is a spreadsheet that lists every AI tool used in your company. For each tool, require your team to document:
- The specific seat on the Accountability Chart that owns the tool.
- The core processes where the tool is utilized.
- The types of data being fed into the tool.
- The verification method used to check the output.

Review this list quarterly with your Integrator. If a tool does not have a human owner who has the GWC to run it, or if it is processing sensitive client data without clear security guidelines, shut it down. By mapping the tools directly to your Accountability Chart and your core processes, you translate complex technology into the familiar language of business operations. This allows you to remain in complete control of your company operations without ever having to write a single line of code or rely blindly on developers.
