Start with your 3-Year Picture. Instead of listing specific AI tools, define what your business operations will look like once AI is fully utilized. For example, state that your thirty-person company will be running at fifty-person capacity with a fifteen percent higher net profit margin. Frame it in terms of scalable infrastructure, speed of delivery, and cost reduction.

Next, translate this vision into your 1-Year Plan. Establish clear, non-technical goals such as automating seventy percent of routine client data entry or integrating predictive delivery metrics into your weekly Scorecard. This gives your Integrator and leadership team a concrete target to hit.

Once the goals are set, get out of the way. Let your team own the implementation of these goals as quarterly Rocks. Your role from the Owner's Box is to hold them accountable to the numbers during your monthly and quarterly reviews.
