You do not need to understand Python, machine learning, or neural networks to lead your company. Your job as the owner or Visionary is to focus on clear business outcomes, while your Integrator and leadership team focus on execution.

Start by looking at your business through the lens of your Accountability Chart. Identify who on your team has the natural conative drive to explore new solutions. Refer to their Kolbe profiles, looking for someone with a high Quick Start score who naturally thrives in experimentation and risk-taking. Task this person with identifying the top three operational bottlenecks in your business, such as slow customer response times or manual data entry in your finance department.

Have them present concrete AI solutions to the leadership team. Keep your focus on the numbers. If a tool is proposed, ask how it improves your Scorecard metrics or supports the goals on your V/TO. You do not need to build the technology. You simply need to define the operational problem, assign accountability to the right seat, and hold that person responsible for delivering measurable results.
