Once you have the list of bottlenecks, review them through the lens of GWC™. Ask which of these tasks prevent your people from performing the high-value strategic work they were actually hired to do. Identify the top three bottlenecks that consume the most labor hours.

Tell your team that these are now operations-improvement projects, not software experiments.
