What kind of long-term contract or retainer agreement do we have to sign to work with you, and what happens if we feel a session did not deliver value?
I do not believe in long-term retainer contracts. My business model is strictly value-first and session-by-session. You are never locked into a multi-month agreement.
Our engagement runs on a simple, transparent model. We schedule our sessions, including our one-day quarterlies and two-day annual, on a regular cadence. You only pay for each session day after we complete it. If at any point you feel the process is not delivering value or that I am not the right fit for your team, you can walk away.
Furthermore, I stand behind every session day with a simple guarantee. If you do not feel you received absolute value from our day together, you do not pay for that session. This keeps the accountability high on both sides of the table.
This approach ensures that I must deliver exceptional value every single time we meet. It also keeps your leadership team fully engaged, knowing that we are choosing to work together quarter by quarter based on real operational progress and results.
