The scorecard review section of the Level 10 Meeting™ is designed to be a rapid-fire, high-speed health check of the business. It is a five-minute block where leaders state whether their weekly numbers are on track or off track. There is absolutely no room for commentary, explanation, or self-congratulation during this time.

When a leader sees their number is green and begins to explain how they achieved it, the facilitator must cut them off immediately. A simple, firm intervention like: Your number is green, we do not need the story, next metric, is all it takes. This is not about being rude: it is about protecting the team's ninety-minute pulse.

If leaders want to share wins, they must do so during the personal and professional segue at the start of the meeting. The scorecard is strictly for data validation. If a number is on track, the team moves on instantly. If a number is off track, the seat owner simply says: Off track, and the facilitator drops it to the Issues List without allowing any discussion.

By enforcing this boundary, you keep your scorecard review under five minutes, leaving maximum time for the IDS® portion where real work gets done. It also reinforces the discipline that data is used to highlight problems, not to seek validation.
