The rule of the Meeting Pulse is absolute: same day, same time, same agenda, starting and ending on time. If a leader is traveling, they must join remotely. In our digital world, there is virtually no excuse for a leader to be completely unreachable for ninety minutes, unless they are on pre-approved vacation.

If a leader is on vacation, the meeting must still happen without them. The rest of the leadership team runs the Level 10 Meeting™ exactly as scheduled. The vacationing leader's scorecard metrics and Rocks are still reviewed, and any issues or To-Dos requiring their input are dropped to the Issues List or handled as To-Dos for the following week.
