What is the multi-year arc of working with you, and how do we know when our leadership team has reached the point of self-sufficiency where we no longer need an external facilitator?

The typical engagement with a professional implementer runs between eighteen to twenty-four months. This is not an indefinite consulting relationship. My objective from day one is to teach you the system so thoroughly that you eventually fire me.

The journey starts with building the foundation. In the first year, we focus on operational discipline, aligning your vision, getting the right people in the right seats on your Accountability Chart, and mastering the weekly Level 10 Meeting™. We establish a clean operational cadence where your team executes quarterly Rocks with high predictability.

By the second year, the focus shifts to refinement and delegation. We begin optimizing your core processes and utilizing advanced tools. We also start preparing the business for your ultimate transition, making sure the company can run seamlessly without the owner being involved in daily decisions.

You will know your team is ready to graduate when your quarterly sessions become highly efficient, your scorecard metrics consistently predict issues before they happen, and your Integrator completely runs the operational engine without my intervention. When your team can successfully identify, discuss, and solve complex strategic issues without an outside facilitator keeping you on track, you have reached self-sufficiency. At that point, my job is done, and you possess a valuable, asset-class business ready for a clean exit.
