What is the multi-year arc of our relationship with you, and how does your facilitation style evolve as we progress from the initial setup to our final sessions?

A typical engagement runs for twelve to twenty-four months, progressing through a highly structured lifecycle that begins with intense instruction and ends with complete self-sufficiency. During your first year, my facilitation style is highly prescriptive. I teach you the core tools, establish the foundational habits, and strictly enforce the session agendas to ensure you build the necessary discipline. My focus is on helping you master the basics, such as running an effective Level 10 Meeting™ and clarifying roles on your Accountability Chart. As we enter the second year, my role shifts from teacher to deep coach and facilitator. I push your team harder on organizational health, challenge your strategic assumptions, and force you to address the underlying human issues that limit your growth. We also begin looking closely at exit readiness and integrating AI-powered efficiencies into your documented core processes. By the time we reach the end of the second year, your team should be running the system with minimal guidance from me. The final phase of our engagement is a deliberate handoff where your Integrator takes over the facilitation of your quarterly sessions, and I step back, ensuring you have the tools and confidence to maintain your operational momentum independently.
