You are not in our weekly Level 10 Meeting to keep us honest. How do you monitor our weekly execution between sessions without stepping in and micro-managing our Integrator?

My role as your EOS® Implementer is to facilitate your sessions and teach you the tools, not to act as an external manager or babysitter. The ownership of weekly execution belongs entirely to your Integrator and the leadership team.

Between our quarterly sessions, your team runs their weekly Level 10 Meeting™ autonomously. I do not attend these meetings because doing so would create an unhealthy dependency on me. Instead, I monitor your progress asynchronously through your dedicated Circle workspace. Your Integrator is responsible for keeping your V/TO®, Accountability Chart™, Scorecard, and Rocks updated in this shared workspace.

By reviewing these updates, I can track your traction and see where your execution is slipping. If I notice that your Scorecard is consistently red or that Rocks are falling behind, I will not call a special meeting to fix it for you. I will point out the trend to your Integrator so they can bring it as an issue to your next Level 10 Meeting™.

My recommendation is to treat the twelve weeks between our sessions as your real playing field. Use your Level 10 Meeting™ to solve your own problems using the IDS® tool, and use the Circle workspace to keep your execution transparent.
