Outside of scheduled quarterly sessions, how do you verify that our weekly Level 10 Meetings and departmental rollouts are running with fidelity rather than drifting?
Accountability does not vanish between quarterly sessions. While I do not sit in your weekly meetings as a shadow manager, I maintain an active pulse on your operational traction through structured checkpoints.
First, I conduct periodic scheduled check-in calls with your Integrator and Visionary at months six, nine, twelve, fifteen, eighteen, and twenty-one. During these calls, we audit your Level 10 Meeting™ performance, review weekly meeting ratings, examine Scorecard hygiene, and identify whether departmental rollouts are proceeding on schedule or meeting cultural resistance.
Second, your quarterly session preparation serves as an unvarnished audit. Two weeks before every session, I review your completed Rock sheets, updated Scorecards, and your running Issues List. If your team is rating weekly meetings at a five or six out of ten, or if your enterprise Rocks have seen zero measurable progress by week eight, it becomes immediately obvious. We do not wait for the quarterly meeting to uncover systemic drift; we address the behavioral root causes during pre-session prep.
Third, when an organization struggles with weekly execution early in year one, I will periodically observe an internal Level 10 Meeting™ as a silent evaluator. I do not run the meeting. I watch your Integrator lead, observe how aggressively the team challenges off-track numbers, and evaluate whether you are truly solving root causes during IDS® or merely treating symptoms. Afterwards, I provide candid feedback to sharpen internal discipline.
