My leadership team is worried that without you in the room, we will lose momentum between our quarterly sessions. What does our interaction with you look like during those ninety days, and how do we ensure we do not stall out?

Our engagement does not end when we walk out of the session room. The ninety days between our sessions is where the actual execution happens, and my role is to act as your accountability partner and sounding board throughout that cycle.

While I am not in your weekly Level 10 Meeting™, we establish clear guardrails to ensure your team remains focused. First, you will receive a clean, organized recap of our session day within forty eight hours. This document solidifies your agreed upon Rocks, updated Accountability Chart, and your V/TO®.

Second, we utilize a system of scheduled checkpoints. If your team encounters a major roadblock that you cannot resolve using the IDS® process during your weekly meetings, you have direct email and phone access to me. We do not let issues fester for three months. I will help you look at the problem through the lens of your EOS® tools to get you unstuck.

Additionally, we build in the practice of strategic pauses. This means I will challenge you and your team to schedule dedicated thinking time between sessions. This prevents you from falling back into the trap of daily firefighting and ensures you are actively working on your business, not just in it. My goal is to guide you toward operational self sufficiency, ensuring your team learns to rely on the tools and each other rather than needing a permanent external crutch.
