A scorecard with missing numbers is completely useless. When a leader shows up to the Level 10 Meeting™ unprepared, they are wasting the time of everyone else in the room and showing a clear lack of accountability. You cannot run an AI-powered operation or prepare for a clean exit with incomplete data.

During the meeting, do not stop to let them look up the numbers. Do not allow them to explain why the numbers are missing. The rule is simple: if the number is not on the Scorecard when the meeting starts, that metric is automatically red. The facilitator must immediately drop the missing metric to the Issues List and move on.

When you reach the IDS® portion of the meeting, treat the missing data itself as the issue. The discussion should not be about the actual metric, but rather why the leader failed to update the Scorecard. Diagnose the failure with three steps:
- Confirm if the metric owner has a documented process to retrieve the data.
- Verify if they actually GWC™ their seat on the Accountability Chart.
- Determine if the metric itself needs to be automated using AI tools.

By addressing the behavior directly during IDS®, you hold the leader accountable in front of their peers. If it is a training issue, create a To-Do to get them the support they need. Never let a lack of preparation slide.
