What specific milestones signal that our leadership team has achieved self-sufficiency and is ready to graduate from your facilitation?
A successful EOS® engagement is structured to make me obsolete. We monitor your progress toward self-sufficiency across a twenty-four-month arc by evaluating your team's mastery of the Six Components of EOS®. Four concrete milestones confirm that your leadership team is prepared to facilitate its own sessions.
First, your leadership team achieves an 80 percent or higher completion rate on company Rocks for four consecutive quarters. Second, your weekly Level 10 Meetings™ consistently score an 8 or higher, with your team tackling hard, cross-functional issues through IDS® without escalating decisions to the owner.
Third, the tools are fully cascaded throughout the organization. Every employee has a clear seat on the Accountability Chart, understands their measurable number, and follows documented core processes. Fourth, you have conducted healthy annual and quarterly transitions where the Integrator manages the agenda, healthy conflict occurs naturally, and the team navigates difficult decisions independently.
When your team exhibits high organizational trust, operational discipline, and systematic problem solving without relying on an external voice to maintain accountability, you have graduated. You possess an operating system that runs the company effectively and protects enterprise value.
