We want to eventually facilitate our own quarterly sessions rather than paying for an external implementer indefinitely. What specific behavioral milestones tell us we are actually ready to graduate from your facilitation?

Graduation is the ultimate goal. You are ready to self-facilitate when your leadership team exhibits a high level of healthy conflict, absolute accountability, and complete mastery of the core tools. I look for several specific behavioral milestones to determine readiness.
- First, your team must be able to resolve deep, strategic conflicts using the IDS® process without needing me to step in as a mediator.
- Second, you must achieve a historical track record of completing at least eighty percent of your quarterly Rocks for three consecutive quarters.
- Third, your leadership team must display complete vulnerability, meaning team members openly admit their weaknesses, ask for help, and challenge each other without taking it personally.
- Fourth, your Integrator must have the authority and capability to drive the weekly Level 10 Meeting™ and manage the quarterly cadence with absolute discipline.
If your team still hesitates to call out the founder, or if you struggle to stay focused during planning, you are not ready. Graduation typically takes about two years, and we will make that transition decision based on objective execution metrics rather than a calendar date.
