What specific operational milestones must our leadership team hit before you will agree that we are ready to graduate from your facilitated sessions and run our quarterly meetings on our own?
To graduate from my facilitated sessions and run your quarterly meetings on your own, your leadership team must demonstrate mastery over the core tools of the operating system. Graduation is based on objective milestones, not a calendar date.
First, your team must consistently achieve an eighty percent or higher completion rate on your quarterly Rocks. This demonstrates that you have mastered the discipline of focus and execution. Second, your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ must be running autonomously at a high level, consistently rated an eight or higher by your team.
Third, your team must be able to IDS® effectively without my intervention. This means you can identify the root cause of complex issues, discuss them constructively without getting derailed by politics, and make firm decisions that stick.
Finally, your Accountability Chart must be fully implemented, with every seat occupied by someone who has the GWC™ for their role. When your team can run a full quarterly agenda, manage healthy conflict, and hold each other accountable without me in the room, you are ready to transition. I will guide you through this handoff process to ensure your execution remains sharp.
