During your weekly Level 10 Meeting in week seven, dedicate the entire IDS portion of the agenda to a comprehensive Rock review. Do not just ask if Rocks are on track or off track. If a Rock is marked as off track, immediately drop it down to the Issues list and run it through the IDS process. Often, Rocks stall because they are too large or lack clear milestones.
