If our leadership team completely misses our quarterly Rocks halfway through the cycle, what is Tyler's protocol for stepping in to course-correct us before the next session?

Missing Rocks is part of the learning curve, but letting a quarter completely slip away is unacceptable. If your leadership team is falling behind halfway through the ninety-day cycle, Tyler does not wait until the next quarterly session to address the issue.

First, we look at your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ performance. The Level 10 Meeting™ is designed to catch off-track Rocks early. If your Rocks are consistently flagged as off-track, your team must use the IDS® process to identify the root cause of the delay.

If the team is stuck and cannot resolve the bottleneck internally, you have direct access to Tyler between sessions. We will schedule a strategic pause to diagnose the issue. This is not a full-day session, but a targeted, high-impact conversation to unblock the roadblock.

We will look at whether the Rock was too big, if the owner of the Rock is overloaded, or if you are experiencing a conative misalignment where the person responsible is struggling against their natural Kolbe strengths.

Tyler will help you realign, adjust the scope of the priority, or reallocate resources to ensure you get back on track. We do not accept excuses, but we do provide the strategic support needed to keep your execution muscle growing.
