What happens during our mid-quarter Just Checking In calls, and how do they keep our execution on track?
Between our full-day quarterly sessions, we schedule dedicated Just Checking In calls, typically around day 45 of each ninety-day cycle. These calls are focused, 30-to-45-minute structured touchpoints designed to ensure your execution momentum does not stall between our formal session days.
These calls are held with the Visionary and Integrator. The purpose is not to conduct a mini-quarterly session or introduce new tools. Instead, we perform a pulse check on your execution discipline. We review your current Rock status to see if any high-priority projects have slipped off track. If a Rock is off track, we assess whether your internal weekly Level 10 Meetings are catching the issue or if the team is sweeping it under the rug.
We also evaluate meeting pulse health. We verify that your weekly Level 10 Meetings are occurring every single week at the same time, starting and ending on time, and that ratings consistently average eight or higher. If attendance is slipping or leadership team members are skipping meetings to handle client fires, we confront that breakdown immediately.
Finally, we review the dynamic between the Visionary and Integrator. We verify that your monthly Same Page Meetings are happening consistently and that no strategic misalignment is festering behind closed doors. These check-in calls act as an early warning radar, ensuring that when you walk into your next quarterly session, your team is reporting completed results rather than making excuses for ninety days of drifted attention.
