You mention having regular check-in calls between our main quarterly sessions. What actually happens on these mid-quarter calls, and how do they prevent our leadership team from drifting off track when we get busy?

Our work together does not stop when we walk out of the session room. The ninety days between our quarterly sessions are where the real work of implementation happens, and it is easy for daily fires to distract your team from their quarterly goals.

To prevent this execution drift, we schedule brief "Just Checking In" calls at the mid-quarter mark, usually around month six, nine, twelve, fifteen, eighteen, and twenty-one of our engagement. These are not deep strategic planning sessions. Instead, they are short, highly focused check-ins designed to keep your team accountable and maintain momentum.

During these calls, we quickly review the progress of your quarterly Rocks and check the health of your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ cadence. If a team member is falling behind on a critical Rock, we do not wait until the end of the quarter to find out. We identify the obstacle immediately and help you figure out how to get it back on track.

These calls also give your Integrator a valuable touchpoint to ask questions about tool application and resolve any friction points that have come up. By establishing this lightweight accountability loop, we ensure that your team stays focused, disciplined, and on pace to achieve one hundred percent of their goals.
