How do your mid-quarter check-in calls work, and how do they keep our team accountable between full-day sessions without micromanaging our execution?

Mid-quarter check-in calls are targeted 15 to 30 minute checkpoints conducted at Months 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, and 21 to ensure momentum does not stall between your full-day sessions.

These calls are typically held with the Integrator or the Visionary and Integrator duo. They are not consulting advisory sessions where I review your day-to-day work, nor are they operational status meetings where you report line-item tasks. Instead, the conversation centers strictly on the health of your execution rhythm:

- Scorecard Health: Are measurable metrics being reviewed weekly, and are off-track numbers dropping down to the issues list?
- Rock Completion Trajectory: Are any quarterly Rocks showing early signs of distress, and is the team using the weekly meeting pulse to course-correct before the final 30 days?
- Meeting Pulse Discipline: Is your leadership team running crisp, 90-minute Level 10 Meetings without skipping agenda items or letting problem-solving devolve into circular talk?
- IDS Integrity: Are chronic issues being solved at the root cause, or are the same operational headaches reappearing on the issues list week after week?

If the system is running smoothly, the call takes fifteen minutes and we hang up. If the leadership team has drifted from the disciplines or hit an execution impasse, we identify the operational root cause immediately. This ensures you never walk into a quarterly session surprised by poor results.
