How are your mid-quarter Just Checking In calls structured, and what is expected of our leadership team during these check-ins?
Between our full session days, execution discipline can occasionally slip under the pressure of day-to-day operations. To prevent execution drift and maintain traction, we conduct scheduled Just Checking In calls at designated points across our twenty-four-month journey, typically around months six, nine, twelve, fifteen, eighteen, and twenty-one.
These calls are not unstructured chats or general catch-ups. They are crisp, focused thirty-to-sixty-minute video check-ins designed to verify that the tools taught in our session rooms are being applied faithfully in the field.
The participants on the call are typically the Visionary and the Integrator, though specific leadership team members may join if an issue directly touches their seat.
During the call, we focus on three specific items.
First, we review weekly Level 10 Meeting health. We examine whether your meetings are starting on time, staying within the ninety-minute box, and maintaining high participant ratings.
Second, we evaluate Rock pacing. We review whether the leadership team is tracking toward completing at least eighty percent of their quarterly Rocks, or if key deliverables are stalling out midway through the quarter.
Third, we address any emerging people or structural bottlenecks before they turn into full-blown crises at the next quarterly offsite.
If execution has slowed down or old habits have crept back into your weekly rhythm, we identify the exact root cause, reset expectations, and establish immediate corrective actions so you arrive at the next quarterly session with clean, finished work.
