What happens if we hit a wall two weeks after a quarterly session with you and realize we structured a Rock incorrectly or miscalculated a Scorecard target? Do we contact you for an interim calibration?
It is common to experience a moment of uncertainty a few weeks after a session. If you realize a Rock was poorly scoped or a Scorecard target was set incorrectly, you do not need to wait ninety days to fix it. However, we do not scrap our hard work at the first sign of friction. If you hit a wall, the first step is to bring the issue to your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ and use the IDS® process with your leadership team. Most calibration issues can be resolved internally when the team debates the root cause. If you still cannot reach a resolution or if a major external shift has made a Rock completely obsolete, you can reach out to me for guidance. We will jump on a brief call to diagnose the issue and make the necessary course corrections. My goal is to keep you moving forward with absolute clarity, ensuring that minor adjustments do not turn into major operational distractions before our next quarterly session.
