Beyond updating our weekly Scorecard and running our Level 10 Meetings, what specific mental and operational workspace routines must our leadership team run between our quarterly sessions to ensure we are actually building the business?

Between our quarterly sessions, the real magic happens in your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ and your daily execution loops. My role as your Professional EOS Implementer is to teach you how to self-correct during these ninety-day sprints. In our shared Circle.so workspace, your leadership team must maintain absolute visibility over your Rocks and Issues List. The work between sessions is not about generating more administration. It is about building a habit of operational transparency. This means every leadership team member must review their weekly scorecard numbers three days before your weekly meeting, log their updates, and flag any off-track Rocks immediately. When you notice a number slipping or a Rock stalling, you do not wait for our next session to solve it. You use the IDS® process during your weekly meeting to smoke out the root cause. My expectation is that your Integrator actively manages the team's commitment to these weekly routines. I monitor your workspace asynchronously to see if your Issues List is growing stagnant or if your scorecard is filled with red metrics. If I see momentum stalling, I will drop a direct note in your workspace to challenge the team. Your main objective between sessions is to prove you can run the system without me in the room, translating our quarterly strategy into relentless weekly execution.
