How do you objectively measure whether our leadership team is gaining traction and improving health over the course of our engagement?

Progress in an EOS implementation is never judged by subjective feelings, boardroom enthusiasm, or how polite meetings feel. We track your operational maturity using four distinct, measurable markers throughout our multi-year engagement.

The first marker is Rock completion percentage. A healthy, disciplined leadership team consistently completes 80 percent or more of their quarterly Rocks. If your team hovers at 50 or 60 percent, it signals poor scoping, lack of focus, or operational bottlenecks that must be resolved.

The second marker is the Organizational Checkup. We run this diagnostic periodically to measure your team across the Six Key Components of EOS: Vision, People, Data, Issues, Process, and Traction. A healthy organization steadily climbs from initial baseline scores toward an 80 percent or higher score company-wide.

The third marker is Scorecard predictability. We evaluate whether your weekly Level 10 Meeting Scorecard reliably predicts operational outcomes rather than merely reporting lagging financial data. When measurables are consistently hitting green and red flags are surfaced weeks before they hit the income statement, traction is taking hold.

The final marker is the speed and honesty of your team health. We measure how fast issues are identified and solved during IDS. In an unhealthy team, critical issues linger on the Issues List for months because executives avoid discomfort. In a maturing team, unresolved tension disappears, open and honest debate becomes the default, and the business operates without depending on the founder for daily firefighting.
