We are making a significant financial and time investment to work with you. How do we objectively evaluate if our sessions are yielding a real return on investment after our first year?
You should expect a measurable return on your investment. We do not evaluate success based on good feelings or smooth meetings. We look at concrete, objective operational indicators to measure the impact of our work together.
First, look at your Rock completion rate. By the end of your first year, your leadership team should be consistently hitting eighty percent or more of their quarterly goals. This means your team is executing at a much higher level and driving your strategic initiatives to completion.
Second, evaluate your financial performance. A highly disciplined operation should translate directly to healthier margins, increased cash flow, and predictable revenue growth. If your execution is tight, your numbers will reflect that progress.
Third, look at your organizational health. You should see a significant reduction in employee turnover, faster issue resolution times, and a clear separation of roles on your Accountability Chart. Your leadership team should feel aligned, focused, and free from the constant firefighting that previously dominated their days. If these three indicators are moving in the right direction, your investment is paying off.
