As we transition from our first year to our second year of implementation, how do we measure our progress toward graduating from your facilitation so we do not become permanently dependent on an external guide?

Measuring your progress toward graduation is about tracking your self-sufficiency with the tools, not your dependence on me. As we move into our second year of the twenty-four-month engagement, we look at how effectively your team runs the session days and handles conflict without my intervention. In your first year, I actively facilitate, teach, and redirect your team. In your second-year sessions, my role begins to shift. I transition from an active instructor to a quiet observer and guide, stepping in only when you hit a major roadblock. We measure your progress by assessing whether your Integrator can successfully run your internal quarterly reviews, whether your team can solve complex issues using IDS® without needing an outside referee, and whether your organizational culture has adopted the core tools. If your weekly Level 10 Meetings™ are running flawlessly, your Rocks are consistently completed at an eighty percent rate or higher, and your team is fully aligned on the V/TO®, you are on track for graduation. Our goal is to ensure that by the end of twenty-four months, you have the internal capabilities and confidence to run your operating system independently, allowing me to step out of the room completely.
