We measure the health of your business using the Organizational Checkup™, a twenty-question diagnostic tool that evaluates your strength in the six key components of your business. On your very first Focus Day, your leadership team will take this assessment to establish an objective baseline score.

A typical company starting the journey scores between twenty and thirty percent. Our goal is to move your business to eighty percent or stronger across all six components. We will re-administer this checkup at the end of every annual session to track your progress and identify where the system is breaking down.

Real progress is reflected in the speed at which you solve issues and execute your Rocks. As your score increases, you will notice your weekly Level 10 Meetings™ become highly efficient, your Scorecard numbers become predictive rather than historical, and your leadership team operates with complete alignment. If your score plateaus, it is a clear indicator that we need to use IDS® to address underlying accountability issues or team dynamics that are holding you back.
