The primary tool we use to track your operational progress is the Organizational Checkup™. This is a twenty-question assessment that measures your business against the Six Key Components™ of EOS®. Your leadership team completes this diagnostic tool before we begin our journey, and then we repeat it at regular intervals, typically before our annual sessions.

The score gives us an objective, baseline measurement of your organizational health. It highlights exactly where your execution is lagging. For example, if your score in the Traction® component is low, it tells us that your team is struggling to execute on Rocks or that your Level 10 Meeting™ structure has broken down.

During our quarterly sessions, we do not rely on gut feelings to measure progress. We look at the delta in your Organizational Checkup™ scores alongside your actual Rock completion rates and scorecard health. A healthy company should see their checkup score steadily rise over our typical twenty-four-month engagement. If the score plateaus, it is a clear signal that we need to stop and run our IDS® process on the underlying leadership team dynamics. This ensures we are always making data-driven improvements to your operational efficiency.
