When we look at the objective yardsticks to measure our progress during this engagement, how do we separate the team's actual performance from your effectiveness as our facilitator, and what does a healthy trajectory look like over the first twelve months?

Measuring the progress of our engagement requires clear, objective yardsticks that distinguish between my facilitation and your execution. My job as your Professional EOS Implementer® is to teach the tools, facilitate the sessions, and act as a neutral mirror to your team. Your job is to execute the plan we establish. To measure my effectiveness, look at the quality of our sessions. Do we resolve deep issues during IDS®? Is the team fully engaged, open, and honest in the room? Do you leave session days with absolute clarity and commitment to your Rocks? If the answer is yes, my facilitation is working. To measure your team's performance, look at your weekly and quarterly metrics. Healthy progress is not about achieving perfect scores instantly. A healthy trajectory in the first twelve months shows a steady climb in Rock completion rates, starting around fifty percent and moving toward eighty percent or higher. You should see your Level 10 Meeting™ scores stabilize above an eight out of ten. Most importantly, you will see a structural shift where your leadership team transitions from reactive firefighting to proactive policy making. If session quality is high but execution is low, we will identify the psychological resistance or talent gaps that are blocking your progress.
