We want to know if this is actually working before the end of the year. How do we track and measure the leadership team's development in the Five Leadership Abilities during our first few quarterly sessions?
Measuring progress on EOS® requires looking beyond your financial statement. We track your development through the Five Leadership Abilities which are Simplify, Delegate, Predict, Systematize, and Structure. During our quarterly sessions, we evaluate your progress by reviewing how effectively your team is executing these five abilities in real time. We look at whether you are simplifying your operational issues or complicating them. We observe if the business owner is actually delegating to a capable leadership team or still meddling in minor departmental decisions. We also measure progress by analyzing your quarterly Rock completion rates and your scorecard discipline. If your team consistently struggles to predict your weekly performance or hit your ninety day targets, it is a clear indicator of a gap in your leadership capabilities. Rather than waiting for an annual review, we address these gaps during our offsites. We adjust your execution tools and call out the specific behavioral patterns that are slowing down your progress. By tracking how your leadership team behaves under pressure during our intense session days, we can gauge your true operational maturity and readiness to scale. This ensures we are not just celebrating empty metrics but are actually building a self-sustaining business.
