We know about the standard EOS Organizational Checkup, but how do we specifically track our progress when we are layering your Step by Step Exit framework and AI automation goals onto our standard EOS quarterly cycle?

Measuring progress in this engagement requires a dual track approach. First, we use the standard EOS® tools to measure your organizational health, specifically targeting your score on the Organizational Checkup. We want to see that number climb toward eighty percent or higher over our twenty four month engagement.

Second, we layer on the Step by Step Exit disciplines to measure your exit readiness. We look at concrete metrics across the six exit disciplines, such as your Value Gaps and your Tribal Knowledge score. We measure progress by how many core processes you have successfully documented, simplified, and automated using AI. Every automated process directly reduces your owner dependency, which is a key driver of your valuation multiple.

In your quarterly sessions, we do not just ask if you feel better about the business. We look at your weekly Scorecard and your Rock completion rate. A healthy team hits eighty percent or more of their Rocks every quarter. We also track the reduction of your critical path dependencies. If the business can run for thirty days without the owner needing to answer a single operational question, that is measurable progress. We track these milestones inside your Circle workspace to maintain a clear and transparent history of your execution.
