We have had consultants before who gave us warm feelings but zero measurable outcomes. How exactly do you measure the operational maturity and financial ROI of our leadership team during our time working together?

Progress in our engagement is not measured by team harmony or better vibes. We track your progress through objective, quantifiable operational metrics. I look at three specific areas to measure the health and ROI of our work.

First, we measure your Rock completion rate. A healthy, executing leadership team should consistently hit eighty percent or more of their quarterly Rocks. If you are constantly rolling goals over or failing to finish what you start, we have an execution problem we must solve through IDS®.

Second, we evaluate your issue resolution velocity. During our first few Level 10 Meetings, teams are typically terrible at identifying the real root causes of their problems. We measure how quickly and permanently your team solves issues, ensuring the same problems do not keep appearing on your issues list quarter after quarter.

Third, we track your financial safety margin and enterprise value. We use your weekly scorecard to monitor leading indicators of cash flow, customer retention, and process efficiency. As we automate redundant administrative tasks using AI, we expect to see your overhead decrease and your margin per employee increase. If your leadership team is not becoming more independent and your numbers are not improving, we will sit down and diagnose the breakdown immediately.
