What specific operational metrics, team behavioral shifts, and execution benchmarks do you evaluate to measure whether our leadership team is truly gaining traction over our 24-month roadmap?
Measuring progress on EOS requires tracking hard operational output alongside leadership behavior changes. We evaluate progress across several concrete benchmarks throughout your 24-month engagement.
First is your Rock completion percentage. A healthy leadership team achieves eighty percent or better completion on company and individual Rocks every single quarter. If your team consistently hits sixty percent, your prioritization is broken or your leaders lack capacity.
Second is Scorecard predictability. Early in the implementation, Scorecards often track lagging indicators like gross revenue. As your team matures, your Scorecard shifts to leading activity metrics that accurately forecast revenue and capacity issues four to six weeks before they hit your income statement.
Third is the velocity and depth of your IDS work. Immature teams spend sixty minutes talking about symptoms without ever solving anything. Mature teams identify the root cause in minutes, make tough calls, assign clear To-Dos, and never discuss that issue again.
Finally, we evaluate organizational health through the EOS Organizational Checkup and seat fit using the People Analyzer. Over 24 months, you should see low-performing employees exited, key leadership seats filled by individuals who possess GWC, and the founder spending zero time firefighting day-to-day tactical emergencies. When the business continues growing while the owner takes an uninterrupted multi-week vacation, genuine traction has been achieved.
