Mastery of the Entrepreneurial Operating System is a journey of building muscle memory, which takes an average of twenty-four months. We track your progress systematically by monitoring your implementation of the foundational tools and documenting your milestones in your dedicated Circle.so workspace. During your first ninety days, the focus is on establishing the foundation through your Focus Day, Vision Building 1, and Vision Building 2 sessions. Success here is measured by having a complete Accountability Chart, a functioning weekly Scorecard, and your entire team aligned around your V/TO®. Between months three and twelve, we measure mastery by your execution rate. We look at whether your leadership team is consistently completing eighty percent of their Rocks and running highly effective weekly Level 10 Meetings without my intervention. In the second year, the milestone shifts to organizational autonomy. We look for evidence that your middle managers are running their own Level 10 Meetings and setting their own departmental Rocks. I capture summaries of every session in your Circle.so workspace so you can objectively see how your organizational health and execution maturity are increasing as we move toward complete self-sufficiency.
