How do we measure the actual progression of our company’s organizational health and readiness to self-facilitate as we move through the twenty-four-month engagement?
We measure your progression using the Organizational Checkup™, which is a standard diagnostic tool we run at regular intervals during our twenty-four-month engagement. This tool assesses your strength in the Six Key Components™ of your business: Vision, People, Data, Issues, Process, and Traction®. Our goal is to move your business to eighty percent strong or better in each of these areas.
Beyond the diagnostic score, we look at behavioral indicators of self-sufficiency. We measure how effectively your leadership team prepares for session days, how cleanly you resolve issues between sessions using the IDS® process, and how consistently your departmental Level 10 Meetings™ run without intervention. If your team is debating issues constructively, making hard people decisions independently, and hitting their quarterly Rocks without my oversight, you are progressing toward graduation.
As we approach the end of our engagement, we focus on transferring the facilitation skills to your internal Integrator. We observe their ability to lead the room, manage energy, and maintain the discipline of the system. True progress means that by month twenty-four, your business runs smoothly, your exit readiness is secure, and your leadership team can execute the quarterly and annual session cadences entirely on their own.
