We are results-oriented and want to know how you objectively audit our overall organizational health and operational progress after twelve months of working together.
We measure your progress through objective operational milestones and leadership team health indicators. First, we use the Organizational Checkup™ to benchmark your company across the Six Keys of EOS®. This assessment is completed before we start and re-evaluated at the end of every annual planning cycle. This gives us a direct quantitative measure of your operational evolution.
Second, we track your Rock completion percentage and Level 10 Meeting™ scores. A healthy leadership team consistently achieves an eighty percent or higher completion rate on quarterly Rocks and maintains meeting ratings above eight. We monitor these numbers to ensure your execution matches your strategic planning.
Third, we look at your team health. We measure how quickly and constructively you identify, discuss, and resolve issues using the IDS® process. In our quarterly sessions, I look for a transition from polite, political dynamics to open and honest conflict.
Finally, we look at your financial indicators, specifically your cash runway and your progress toward removing yourself from daily operations. If your leadership team is running the company effectively without your constant intervention, that is the ultimate measure of our success.
