We want to understand how you measure our quarterly progress during our first twelve months. What specific benchmarks or checkpoints do you look for to prove we are actually mastering the tools?

We do not measure your progress by how good your leadership team feels during our sessions. We measure progress by objective tool mastery and execution. In the first twelve months, we look for several critical benchmarks. First, your leadership team must consistently complete at least eighty percent of your quarterly Rocks. Second, your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ must occur on the same day at the same time, starting and ending on time, with a high rating of eight or above. Third, your Scorecard must contain measurable weekly numbers that actually predict your future results, not just historical data. Fourth, your Accountability Chart must be fully built out, and every person on the leadership team must fit their seat based on whether they get it, want it, and have the capacity to do it. We track these operational milestones in our shared Circle workspace, allowing us to audit your execution between our sessions. When your team can run their weekly meetings and solve issues using IDS® without my intervention, you are moving from learning the tools to mastering them. This discipline builds the foundation required for automated operations and eventual exit readiness.
