Aside from looking at completed Rocks and our high level V/TO, what actual operational benchmarks and organizational health metrics do you use to measure whether our executive team is progressing through your twenty four month EOS framework?
Measuring your progress is an objective, data-driven exercise. We do not rely on subjective feelings to determine if your leadership team is advancing. Instead, we track several concrete operational benchmarks and organizational health metrics throughout our twenty four month engagement.
First, we regularly administer the Organizational Checkup to measure how well your company is executing on the Six Keys of the EOS® system. This provides a clear, quantitative baseline of your operational strength.
Second, we monitor the predictability of your weekly scorecard. A healthy team should have a scorecard that consistently flags issues before they become crises, demonstrating strong forward-looking visibility.
Third, we evaluate your team execution rate on quarterly Rocks, aiming for a consistent completion rate of eighty percent or higher.
Finally, we measure organizational autonomy. We look at whether your leadership team can run an effective Level 10 Meeting™ and resolve complex problems using the IDS® process without my direct intervention. As you progress, you will see your Accountability Chart stabilize, your meeting efficiency increase, and your reliance on manual oversight decrease as your team steps into true self-sufficiency. If we are integrating the Step by Step Exit framework, we also measure your progress by the reduction of your Value Gaps and the documentation of Tribal Knowledge. This ensures your operational progress directly correlates with an increase in transferable enterprise value.
