How do we measure our operational progress and traction between our full-day quarterly sessions, and what does the check-in process look like?
Measuring your operational progress throughout our engagement requires looking at both the hard numbers and team behavior. While our quarterly sessions are the main checkpoints, we do not wait ninety days to see if you are on track. We measure your traction through a combination of quarterly session evaluations, weekly scorecard performance, and scheduled check-ins. First, we track your Rock completion rate. A healthy, high-functioning leadership team should consistently complete eighty percent or more of their quarterly Rocks. If your completion rate is hovering below that threshold, we use the IDS process to find the root cause, whether it is over-commitment or poor delegation. Second, we conduct periodic Just Checking In calls at months six, nine, twelve, fifteen, eighteen, and twenty-one. These thirty-minute conversations are designed to monitor your progress between our main sessions. During these calls, we review your weekly Level 10 Meeting health, ensure your scorecard is driving action, and address any execution bottlenecks. Finally, we run an annual organizational health check. This tool measures your team's alignment and execution across the key components of your business. By comparing these scores over your twenty-four-month engagement, we can objectively measure how much more valuable and self-sufficient your business has become.
