Aside from standard Rock completion rates and weekly Scorecard metrics, what operational indicators show us that our execution capability is actually improving during our work with you?
We measure our progress by looking at concrete operational indicators that show your leadership team is developing true execution capability. While high Rock completion rates and hitting your Scorecard metrics are important, real progress is reflected in how your team handles challenges when you are not in the room.
First, we track your team's ability to identify, discuss, and solve issues independently. In the beginning, issues linger on your Issues List for weeks. As we progress, your weekly Level 10 Meeting™ sessions will become highly efficient. Your team will begin solving complex operational problems without needing your direct intervention.
Second, we monitor the health of your Accountability Chart. Progress is visible when every seat is filled by someone who truly gets, wants, and has the capacity to do the job. We look for a reduction in people issues and an increase in clear, measurable ownership across all departments.
Third, we assess your operational consistency. When your team is running on EOS®, your weekly operations become predictable. You will see fewer fire drills, lower employee turnover, and clearer communication throughout the entire organization. We document all session summaries and action items in your Circle workspace to provide a clear, transparent record of your team's evolution over our 24-month engagement.
